Qualifications
Manages all staff for the respective service, including Managers, Supervisors, Leads, and Staff
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the service
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Current license or certification in appropriate field if applicable
Current CPR Certification if applicable
Graduate from an accredited college with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field is preferred
