Description
The pharmacist will be responsible for:
reviewing medication orders, preparing injectable and oral doses of medication
monitoring drug therapy, and providing other clinical services including evaluation of drug allergies, drug reactions, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications.
completing quality assurance programs as required by the JCAHO and State Department of Health.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of progressive experience in a hospital pharmacy.
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
FL License required.
