Description
1. Assists the RN in obtaining data from all available sources for utilization in the assessment phase of the nursing process.
2. Participates in plan of care from admission to dishcarge involving resident and family.
3. Provides direct care to patients as evidenced by patients achieving their optimal level of functioning.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Telemetry experience preferred. Must have current BLS certification
