Description
Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective patient focused occupational therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment techniques, effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients. Establishes and initiates discharge plans as necessary. Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patients’ needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan. Maintain a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
One to two years experience in either an acute hospital and/or rehabilitation department and/or outpatient clinic is preferred. New graduates without experience may qualify.Certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy and licensed to practice in the State of Florida
