Pharmacist/Wanted/Needed

Grad. of accredited college of Pharm. w/B.S., M.S. or PharmD
Licensure Required
Pharmacist to work Monday through Friday, rotating Day/Evening shifts.  Also to work every other weekend and every third holiday.  Ensures appropriate drug selection, rational drug therapy, and accurate drug distribution for hospital inpatients and outpatients. Serves as a drug information resource for patients and health care professionals.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy, eligible for license in state Maintains active membership in C.S.H.P., or A.S.H.P. or another national, regional, international or local.  Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

COTA/Wanted ASAP

Evaluates clients per department procedures as evidenced by random review of documentation in client chart.
Documents results of evaluation, formulates treatment plan, and identifies strengths, weakness and rehabilitation problems per departmental policies as evidenced by documentation in client chart.
Consistently formulates functional, measurable goals based upon evaluation results and client/family input as evidenced by documentation in client’s chart.
Provides appropriate therapy to clients in accordance with evaluation results/recommendations as evidenced by supervisory observation and documentation in client chart.
Demonstrates knowledge of developmental stages when planning and implementing care for the person served.
Provides legible, concise and accurate documentation for patient care. Reports 100% of the time as evidenced by chart review.
Submits patient care reports, vouchers, time sheets, reimbursement reports and day off requests according to established department standards within established time frame.
Serves as contact person for family, referral source, funding source and other outside agencies.
Assures that discharge planning and arrangements for necessary follow up services are completed per department standards within established time frames.

Nurse/Manager/Openings/Options

Nurse Manager for the Operating Room to work Monday through Friday with 24/7 beeper coverage/responsibility.  Covers Main Operating Room and Main Recovery Room.

BSN required, but Masters preferred.  CNOR preferred.  MOR and/OR Ambulatory or Nursing required.  Excellent communication skills, high energy, self motivated, knowledge of finances, approachable and a team player.  Ability to manage a large number of employees.

NUrse Managers/Wanted

Supervisory experience is required
Nurse Manager to work in Pulmonary Medicine.  Responsible for directing and organizing unit/service operations to ensure patient care is delivered in a manner consistent with the philosophy/goals of the institution. The Nurse Manager has 24 hour responsibility and accountability for the satisfaction of patients, physicians, and staff while demonstrating sound fiscal management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required, MSN preferred. 3-5 years Management and Leadership experience required. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities; implement and support change.  Hours are primarily Monday through Friday with some additional hours as needed.  24 hour accountability for Unit.
