Evaluates referred patients for swallowing and communication disorders using standard tests and videofluoroscopy. Recommends and establishes treatment programs. Provides treatment and therapy to patients with speech, language, and cleft lip and palate disorders. Prepares reports as required. Coordinates care with school and community agencies as needed. Participates in QA & I and works as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Must be certified and licensed to practice in Floirida Two years experience of clinical experience in a hospital setting is required including experience with cleft lip/palate disorders
