Position Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
Experience: New Grad Plus
Licensure / Certification : BLS, (ACLS within first year of hire)
(TNCC and PALS or ENPC within two years of hire).
Qualifications
Job Summary:  The Registered Nurse at Regional Medical Center:
a.) Practices autonomous, evidence-based nursing care in a collaborative environment,
b.) Provides culturally sensitive care for all patients specific tour population served,
c.) Coordinates nursing care with regard to the wholeness of the patient while providing individualized care,
d.) Practices the art and science of nursing in accordance with professional standards of care and codes of ethics, and
e.) Adheres to the principles of the FRMC Mission, Vision and Philosophy of nursing
