The role of the Clinical Manager is to direct patient care reporting to the Director. Manage the unit budget, staff development, hiring/firing, quality management, 24/7 accountability.
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree.
Must hold a current license from the Florida Board of Nursing. BLS and ACLS required upon hire or within one year of hire.
5 year previous management experience required.
