Director will oversee all aspects of Emergency, and Critical Care funtions at Medical Center.    Person should have a minimum of 5 years experience with nurse management.   Previous emergency nursing experience is required.  
 
 The Director provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the care provided to patients. Demonstrates advance skills in the care of emergency patients. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource and operational functions. Maintains 24-hour accountability for patient care. The Director performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of care at MC. The Director facilitates the growth and development and empowerment of personnel by functioning as a leader, mentor, resource person, negotiator, coach and counselor.
