Description
Evaluates patients referred to Physical Therapy.
Establishes and carries out an appropriate treatment plan.
Completes daily treatment documentation and discharges.
Supervises PTA’s and Aides.
Qualifications
Licensed in the State of Florida.
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
Hospital experience preferred.
CPR certification.
