Description
Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective patient focused physical therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment techniques. Effectively communicates and documents regrading information regarding patients. Establishes and initiates discharge plans as necessary.
Qualifications
1-2 years experience in an acute care hospital. Must have current PT license and BLS certification.
