VP OF NURSING Full Time (40 hr/week)
This key management position is responsible for the overall management, direction and leadership of nursing, surgery, emergency department, etc. Responsibilities include coaching reporting managers, ensuring all aspects of compliance, and leading employees to provide services in a way that meet or exceed customer expectations. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school; Masters degree strongly preferred. Requirements also include ability to obtain current licensure as RN in US, at least five years progressive management experience in diverse patient care departments, and at least five years successful clinical experience.
