Senior Management at HCN Healthcare votes to approve the workings of their “Advanced Find” Executive Healthcare Recruiters. With this new group of recruiters there is no passive job search and the obligations of this group will to be to aggressively find the positions that are not yet listed to the public. These searches will include retained searches which are already in place as well as the presentation of viable applicants to facilities whom may have the need for these hand picked applicants. With this new standard it will be VERY beneficial that potential applicants and viable applicants apply even when they do not see a position listed that eactly matches their desires.
