Job Description
Evalutes and treats patients with injuries or diseases which result in loss of physical or functional abilities
Responsible for re-evaluation and treatment plan updates, clinical education, and clinic safety
Responsible for documentation/communication as needed to monitor, report and assess patient care
Will be an integral member of the rehabilitation services team in providing quality patient care and supporting administrative and educational activities
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required; Masters preferred
Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist, or eligible for license, within the state of Florida
