Customer service skills are required
The Manager demonstrates effective leadership of one or more patient care units or areas. He/She has twenty-four responsibility for assigned areas. demonstrates operational excellence in effective management of fiscal, material, information systems, and human resources. Demonstrates strong leadership skills in team building, delegation, communication and conflict management. Knowledge in performance improvement and continuous improvement concepts and utilizes these skills in problem identification and improvement in work processes and outcomes. Demonstrates a strong customer driven approach in the management of areas of responsibility. Serves as a role model for professional and clinical practice. Integrates the Mission and Values into strategic and operational planning and decisions. Current RN license by the state of Florida. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other health related discipline preferred. Master’s Degree in Nursing or other health related discipline desired. Minimum of three years clinical experience preferable in area of specialty of responsibility.
