JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for learning needs assessment, planning for program development and implementation, evaluation of educational programs. Utilizes the nursing process, principles of adult learning, teaching and learning theories, age appropriate teaching strategies and expert critical thinking knowledge base for education planning. Serves as a clinical role model and internal consultant for clinical practice, projects, and continuous improvement.
