Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs for patients to restore function, prevent disability and maximize performance levels. Provides evaluation, care, instruction and consultation to patients, families and the community at large. Employs physical measures, therapeutic exercises, manual mobilization and rehabilitative procedures. Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
