Qualifications: Registered Nurse, BSN or BA in Business Administration required; Masters preferred.Minimum of five (5) years Department Director level to include inpatient and outpatient experience in an acute care facility. Summary: Administers resources that facilitate organizational and departmental goals, philosophy and objectives. Motivates and directs department directors to achieve same. Plans, directs and markets new services to increase volume within departments supervised. Fiscal accountability and management within defined forecasting and budgetary requirements. Monitors personnel management to ensure consistent and fair labor standards, employee relations, and effective counseling and guidance is conducted within departments administered.
