Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN or BS in related field preferred. Current licensure as Registered Nursing in the State of Florida. Minimum of tow (2) years previous experience in the clinical area with progressive leadership experience and/or continuing education in supervision and administration. The Clinical Coordinator is a Registered professional Nurse who assists the Director of Emergency Services in the provision of Nursing Services on the Unit in accordance with the Purpose and Objectives of Nursing Practice of the Department of Nursing/Patient Care Services. He/she is accountable for the day-to-day functioning of the unit.
