Description
This position is responsible for the everyday operations of the inpatient pharmacy services. This includes but is not limited to IV admixtures, unit dose drug distribution, intervention program, pharmacokinetic program, formulary management, patient education and involvement in other clinical activity programs to ensure appropriate and safe medication use.
