Qualifications
Demonstrates good communication skills. Can work in team based environments. Exercises good judgment in prioritizing projects. Ability to implement corrective action. Takes a positive approach to change. Can generate solutions to problematic situations. Understands principles of adult education. Proficiency in word and excel preferred. Knowledge of regulatory requirement in area of responsibility. Basic knowledge of department budget management and other fiscal responsibilities. Previous experience in a leadership position required. BSN and Masters preferred. Current Fl RN license & BLS required.
