Qualifications
Must have a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy. Must have a minimum of two years previous hospital pharmacy experience or completion of a Residency program. Computer literate in Excel, WordPerfect and Word software is a must. Demonstrate familiarity with unit does, IV Admixture, computer applications and Clinical Pharmacy Practice.
Must have a valid Florida State Board of Pharmacy License that is in good standing.
