Description:
The RN III using effective managerial skills is proficient in the MDS, assessment,
and care planning of a resident or patient population; develops a plan of care that
results in optimal resident or patient’s mental, physical, psychosocial, and
spiritual outcomes; acts as a liaison between the facility, physician and resident
or patient; functions as a resource and preceptor for team members and team leader
and charge nurse; participates in regulatory surveys ensuring compliance with the
standards and performs other duties as assigned.
