RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Independantly evaluates and treats acute care inpatients and occasional outpatients of all populations/diagnoses, such as neuro, ortho, cardiac, general medical surgical, and occasional wound care. Provides extensive patient/family education. Provides multidisciplinary team care with other Rehab. professionals, nursing, physicians, social services, respiratory, support staff, etc. Weekend rotation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree
FL O.T. license
Current BLS/CPR certification
1-2 years orthopedics, neuro; prefer wound care and splinting experience.
