SUMMARY:  Responsible for designing and implementing the regulatory compliance and quality program for the Health System, including:  establishing regulatory policy, identifying and ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives to execute the regulatory and quality program and improve operations, leading the development of operating systems and procedures to support the quality and compliance programs, overseeing the development and implementation of quality and compliance training programs, overseeing the investigation and resolution of quality and compliance problems, ensureing compliance with regulations (The Joint Commission, DEA, State Pharmacy Board, EPA, and USP 797) through ongoing assessment programs, leading interactions and positioning of the Baptist Health System with regulatory agencies and communicating with the regional and facility leadership as well as facility Pharmacy Directors.
