This position is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and administration of the health care organization’s LAN, Wireless, and server infrastructures. Also assists with support of the organization’s telecommunications systems. The incumbent in this position should have minimum 3 to 5 Years professional full time experience as a Network Administrator. An individual with a Microsoft MCSE, Novell CNA/CNE and Cisco CCNA certification is desired. Other technical skills desired include a strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Windows 2003 Server, Linux/Unix, Database Administration experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server & Sybase, and Firewall & Intrusion Prevention Systems. The ability to adapt quickly to many functional environments, meet deadlines, work independently, and as a team member are integral to the position. Strong oral and written communications skills are critical.
