SUMMARY: Responsible for oversight and guidance in strategic operations and planning of all Human Resource Department functions including, but not limited to, policy/procedure/process administration and enforcement of equal employment opportunity, labor law; employee relations and problem solving programs; recruitment, testing and selection; disciplinary action and termination; organizational development, training and orientation; organizational compliance including HIPAA Privacy and Security. Serves as consultant to employees and managers and coordinates activities with external entities.
