- BLS or CPR
- Certified Physical Therapist (PT)
- 1-2 years experience
Graduate of AMA - APTA School of PT & have current FL license IP, OP, Current CPR. Subacute exp. preferred, 1 yr. exp. preferred. Responsible for evaluation and treatment and mgmt of varying case load driven by hospital census; responsible for providing physical therapy services following protocols and adhering to policies and procedures. May act as the case manager, as well as participating in the coordination of care.
