Performs a variety of laboratory procedures in Hematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Microbiology and Phlebotomy on specimens obtained from patients to provide information for diagnosing and combating disease. The Medical Technologist Certified is expected to support the mission, vision, and values of the Medical Center.
Baccalaureate Degree and certification with the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency (NCA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT-HEW) or the successful completion of a United States Military Laboratory training program.
