The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical expertise, knowledge and leadership for care team members in coordinating staffing, work assignments and unit bed flow.  Serves as a mentor by role modeling professional practice consistent with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness and standards of care. Assists the Unit Director to develop, implement and monitor compliance to the unit operating budget and performance. FL Licensed RN is required.  BSN (or actively working toward BSN with nine credits completed) required.  Minimum of 3 years acute care experience with 2 years experience in clinical specialty area is required.  Current American Heart Association CPR certification is required. Current ACLS Cert is required.  National certification for area within 2 years of hire.
