Possession of, or eligible for, Nevada Pharmacist license is required; Pharm.D degree or BS with equivalent clinical knowledge required;
Experience in order/prescription assessment and in performing clinical interventions highly desirable; Based on specific position, practice experience in sterile products/chemotherapy preparation, working with automated dispensing machines and/or retail pharmacy practice is desirable; Strong patient care orientation, self-motivated and good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team player is required.
