 Provide expertise in those skills related to the successful operation of the clinical cardiovascular and radiological procedural environment. This includes the skills to assist the Physician with performing Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac and Radiological Procedures regularly performed in the Cath Lab environment, using highly complex equipment, related to these procedures. Independent proficiency and full participation in departmental procedures and performance measurements, including on call availability, is an expectation.  Assisting the Physician with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures is a secondary assignment.  Makes technical assessments of image quality and monitors image quality, which meet or exceed established standards.
