Provides appropriate and efficient evaluations, treatments, and associated occupational therapy services.  Participates and supports rehabilitation program development.

Demonstrates knowledge regarding the effective use of therapy equipment.
Demonstrates trustworthiness with confidential information.
Supports the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures as set by the hospital.
Works in a team-oriented manner.
Thinks and reacts calmly and professionally in stressful or emergency situations.
Demonstrates ability of use assessment  tools to evaluate need for intervention, an or potential change in intervention plan
Demonstrates knowledge of performance areas, components, and contexts that impact daily work, productive activities, and play or leisure activities
Demonstrates knowledge of processes to facilitate change, as from one functional level to another. 
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university for Occupational Therapy.
