Required: Current CA RN license with a minimum of 3 years experience in acute hospital setting. Working. Knowledge of performance improvement concepts and techniques in a hospital acute care setting. Demonstrates competency with data collection and analysis techniques. Ability to create and present data presentations to groups with varied needs. Familiar with Core Measure abstraction process and guidelines. Familiarity with hospital regulatory requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
Preferred: BSN degree. One year in Quality Assessment/Improvement; Knowledge and experience of Quality Management Tools.
