Ability to work effectively with multiple tasks, in a team setting utilizing interpersonal, organization and prioritizing skills. Has excellent observation, good nursing judgement/critical thinking and good oral and written communication skills. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligations. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. Complies with accepted professional standards and principles. Technical functions evaluated by: Review of documents, notes, charts and computer entries; observation; feedback from staff, physicians, visitors and patients; ability to give and follow directions and adherence to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred. Requirements: Current RN License through the Florida Board of Registered Nursing. Current BLS-HCP. Minimum of one year in  a labor and delivery setting.
