Patient care includes but is not limited to the coordination of rehabilitative services to provide benefit to patients and their support mechanisms (family, care givers, etc…). Services include manual tissue treatment, use of modalities, education in use of assistive devices, exercise programs and safety issues.

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy or designee, the Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications as prescribed and ordered by a licensed physician and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards; for assisting in the operation of the Pharmacy; for providing clinical consultation and expertise where needed and requested, in support of client assessment and care processes; for participating in the development and conduct of clinical, staff, and continuing education programs and for collaborating with other staff and leaders in the development, management and operation of the Pharmacy. An individual with a Microsoft MCSE, Novell CNA/CNE and Cisco CCNA certification is desired. Other technical skills desired include a strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, Windows 2003 Server, Linux/Unix, Database Administration experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server & Sybase, and Firewall & Intrusion Prevention Systems. The ability to adapt quickly to many functional environments, meet deadlines, work independently, and as a team member are integral to the position.
